MBH Warranty Information

MBH warrants that MBH Medical Devices shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase, as long as the device has not been modified, altered, or misused.

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable or assignable. It does not cover disposable accessories.

MBH warrants the performance of our devices (as detailed below) after the date of purchase, provided they are used as directed and in accordance with their specifications. This warranty is void if device failure is caused, in whole or in part, by misuse, unauthorized modifications, external factors such as natural disasters, accidents, or abuse. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage to other MBH products used with this device. Commercial use of any MBH devices will shorten the product warranty to 1 year or as shown below.

Warranty Length by Product Category:

• MBH Procheck Witty & Procheck Smart Blood Glucose Monitor = 2 years
• MBH Blood Pressure Monitor = 1 year
• Forehead Thermometer = 1 year
• Consumable accessories (test strips, lancets, Lancing Device, battery): no warranty.
• Registering on the MBH official website, customers may enjoy an additional 1-year extended warranty .
