A: Android compatible device requires operating system 12 or later and USB On-The-Go(OTG) function.
Please make sure your phone support OTG and the OTG switch is turned on.
A: Please install and open the ProCheck App from the App store or Google play store first, then plug the smartphone dongle into your phone and follow the instrustions by App.
A:Once you connect to the ProCheck app, your device’s clock will be automatically updated with the current time on your mobile device.
A: You can view your past measurements by pressing the “DATA” button on the ProCheck app.
A: It’s battery free and power comes from your smartphone.
